Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 50050 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out below.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 50050 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amended terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The 50050 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 50050 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. 50050 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time using valid official documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 50050 support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Users are responsible for ensuring all activity on their account complies with these terms. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.
50050 services are available to users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with your local laws. 50050 reserves the right to restrict access from certain regions without prior notice.
Platform Rules & MYR Payments
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the 50050 platform's systems. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, access other users' data, or disrupt our server operations constitutes a serious violation and will result in account termination and possible legal action.
Users are also prohibited from creating a new account after an existing account has been suspended or closed due to a terms violation. 50050 employs advanced detection systems to identify such attempts.
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Each withdrawal request will be processed within the timeframe specified for the selected method. 50050 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or eWallet details are accurate — 50050 is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
50050 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free at all times.
50050 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for compliance reasons. Any legitimate balance in an account closed for compliance reasons will be processed in accordance with our internal procedures.
All content on the 50050 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 50050 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit such content without prior written consent from 50050.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 50050 platform may contain links to third-party services or content for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users access those links at their own risk.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from use of the 50050 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
